Reachmee: Planned maintenance work May 6, 2024 06:00-07:00 CEST
Between 6th and 17th May we are performing important service maintenance of the ReachMee database servers to maintain and strengthen security and performance. This work is divided per database server and distributed over several days.

The maintenance work will be performed during late night/early mornings between 03.00 – 07.00 CEST dependent on scope to minimize the impact for customers and candidates.
Since customers are hosted in different database servers, the downtime will only happen when the customer’s specific database is undergoing the maintenance work.

If you need more information about when this will impact you, then please contact our customer support.

When affected by this work, the following features will be unavailable: - Login to ReachMee - Ads and application form (candidates will not be able to see ads or apply) - Access to any integration such as APIs, RSSs and XMLs Separate announcements about these will be announced on this page.

Identified - Two database servers in the ReachMee system are not fully responding to requests. This is impacting customers hosted on these database servers. Core problem is identified and we are working on getting the database servers online and restoring the services.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue in which it is not possible to transfer candidates directly from Talent Recruiter to Onboarding. It is still possible to create Onboardees directly in the Onboarding module. For any questions related to creating Onboardees directly in the Onboarding module, please reach out to your local support team.

We will update this status as soon as the issue is resolved.
